Philip R. Friedman and Associates LLP is pleased to announce that our firm will be merging with Reinsel Kuntz Lesher LLP, one of the largest regional accounting, tax and consulting firms in Pennsylvania. The merger is expected to take effect on August 1, 2010.

With this merger, Reinsel Kuntz Lesher will have a team of approximately 215 employees, including 31 partners. The firm will maintain all employees and partners in both firms, and will continue to maintain all four offices in York, Lancaster, Reading and Harrisburg.
